Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, also known as HBOT DAllas, is a safe and effective treatment that utilizes pure oxygen under pressure. It has been used to treat numerous symptoms and diseases for over 50 years. HBOT saturates the body with oxygen, allowing it to heal at an accelerated rate. It also enhances the immune system and improves circulation.
What is the success rate of HBOT?
In a typical treatment, patients will breathe 100% oxygen inside of a clear acrylic chamber that is pressurized above normal atmospheric levels. The extra oxygen is then dissolved in the blood plasma, central nervous system fluids, and bone. This oxygen enables white blood cells to kill bacteria, reduce swelling, and stimulate new blood vessels to grow into damaged tissue.
HBOT DAllas also allows stem cells to proliferate, which helps combat signs of aging and promotes tissue regeneration. This treatment is an excellent solution for many conditions, such as chronic wounds that won’t heal, COVID-19, and a variety of other ailments.
For younger children, we recommend having a pediatric ENT examine their ears prior to HBOT treatments. This prevents ear infections and ensures that your child is comfortable during sessions, which last about 90 minutes.
We understand that parents are apprehensive about their kids receiving this type of medical treatment, but we make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. Your child will not be in the chamber alone, and you can sit next to them for support throughout the entire process.
